Lattice instability of high-Tc superconductor

摘要: Lattice parameters of high-Tc cuprate superconductors La2−xSrxCuO4 (LSCO) and YBa2Cu3O7−δ (YBCO) have been measured at high pressure for a wide variety x δ. It is found that the linear volume compressibilities peaks in vicinity δ which superconducting state becomes unstable. Some anomalous properties compressibility κi (i=a, b c) YBCO are pointed out discussed connection with oxygen deficient
