摘要: The effect of heating rate (HR) on thermoluminescence (TL) glow curves 1%, 4%, and 10% Ce3 + doped ZnB2O4 phosphors was investigated in detail. peaks are examined and, activation energy (E) frequency factor (s) determined by using various (VHR) method. In the obtained with nine different HRs between 2 10°C/s, it observed that TL intensities first all three samples second peak sample decrease increasing HR. intensity whether may be due to presence thermal quenching or not. On other hand, 1, 4% show an anomalous behavior, which probability radiative processes increases recombination free electrons, so graphs full width at half maximum (FWHM) versus HR were also plotted evaluate influence intensity. this paper, we suggest non-localized Schon - Klasens model give explanation for showing unexpected increase addition, calculated E values found similar range 0.47-0.53eV 1 0.61-0.66eV 2. However, s slightly according dopant amount equation used. Furthermore, indicate properties repeated cycles 5Gy same irradiation conditions.
