摘要: The intestinal absorption of small peptides was investigated in rats under unrestrained conditions. peptide utilized the experiment hydrolysate egg white protein with an average molecular weight about 350 and containing less than 10% free amino acids. We compared these that acid mixture same composition by determining concentration individual acids portal blood after a single administration nitrogen source. absorptive intensity each calculated from its rate elevation blood; it higher peptides. proportion amount absorbed much more like administered mixture. Among mixture, some such as L-tyrosine, L-threonine, L-serine L-histidine increased slowly others. These results suggested formula effectively had nutritive value.
