摘要: Cellular interactions in the tumor stroma play a major role cancer progression but can also induce rejection. To explore of endothelial cells these interactions, we used an vitro three-dimensional collagen matrix model containing cytotoxic T lymphocyte CTL clone (M4.48), autologous (M4T), and cell (M4E) line that are all derived from same tumor. We demonstrate this study specific killing by required involved Ag cross-presentation. The formation gap junctions between is for antigenic peptide transfer to then recognized eliminated CTL. Our results indicate facilitate effective CTL-mediated destruction microenvironment may contribute control progression.
