摘要: Background: The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical and antibacterial properties alcohol-free mouthrinses, an amine fluoride/stannous fluoride mouthrinse (ASF) two triclosan solutions in comparison with a chlorhexidine placebo rinse. Material methods: In double-blind, randomised 5-cell cross-over 4-day plaque regrowth study, 19 volunteers rinsed 2 × day 15 ml each distributed solutions. Each test cycle followed by 10 days wash-out period. On 0 week, received dental prophylaxis. Thereafter they refrained from all mechanical oral hygiene procedures for next four days. Plaque assessed daily index on 4 calculating area computer program after disclosure photography front teeth. vitality examined 1 vital fluorescence technique. Results: participants completed study. Compared ASF solution showed 15.7% (p>0.5), 30.6% (p<0.001), 40.5% (p<0.001) 44.7% reductions consecutive 1–4 reduction 61.9% area. decrease supragingival highly significant compared every ranging between 30.9% 36.6%. A 19.4% (p<0.01) 2, 34.9% 3 40.4% concommitant 48.9% noted chlorhexidine. Concerning reduced percentage bacteria significantly (16.0% 24.9%). mean 0.15% during period were 6.3%, 22.4%, 24.6% 36% 41.8%. Vitality at placebo. Index 0.02% increased 15.3% (day 2) 31.0% 4) 23.6% seen effect concerning only found first last cycle. Conclusion: Alcohol-free shown be effective reducing both accumulation biofilm solution.
