摘要: Abstract The December 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami wrought environmental damage beyond the normal framework of integrated coastal management and has implications for in Asia-Pacific post-tsunami phase. Fieldwork conducted on coasts four tsunami-affected countries 2005 2006 identified several “practitioner-type” issues that would have ICM policy.
