摘要: In order to achieve homogenous dose distribution in target volume several approaches are possible. We discussing the possibility of field intensity modulation with wax filter compensators and comparing technique other techniques. The case report head neck region radiotherapy use 2D compensator is presented. 3D further discussed as a substitute step shoot IMRT or sliding window technique. advantages disadvantages put side by side. meduloblastoma treatment outlined where whit applying benefit would be greatest.
