摘要: Silicone Elastomer, (“Sylgard 184 ®”), samples were mounted between copper plates. Manganin stress gauges placed within the front plate, halfway through Sylgard and at interface rear plate. A series of experiments was performed in which plate impacted by plates projected a range velocities. It assumed that Gruneisen Gamma form with constant Γ could fit Equation State sample. trial set EoS parameters, including Gamma, entered into spreadsheet, then state variables for different jumps calculated aid “Goalseek” function. This enabled stresses times each jump to be calculated. Comparing these predictions experimentally determined parameters optimum values identified.
