摘要: Community owned renewable energy initiatives are the emergent and self-organized arrangements where communities become both producers suppliers of energy. Cases community developments form Texel (Netherlands), Undy Urgha (UK) empirical grounds that demonstrate this capacity. As highly desirable may seem, they face many enablers.
