摘要: Manipulation of micro and nanoscale particles suspended in a fluidic medium is one among the defining goals modern nanotechnology. Speckle tweezers (ST) by incorporating randomly distributed light fields have been used to apply detectable limits on Brownian motion micro-particles with refractive indices higher than their medium. Indeed, compared periodic potentials, ST represents wider possibility be operated for such tasks. Here, we extend usefulness into low index micro-particles. Repelling high intensity regions lower makes them locally confined, confinement can tuned changing average grain size speckle patterns. Experiments polystyrenes liposomes validate procedure. Moreover, show that nano-particle (NP)-loaded liposomes. Interestingly, different interactions NP-loaded empty enables collective manipulation mixture using same pattern, which may explained inclusion photophoretic forces NPs Our results behavior between non-empty vesicles open new window controlling transportation drug micro-containers along its wide applications soft matter.
