摘要: Abstract Place preference induction by intracerebral electrical stimulation was initially shown Olds and Milner. It has since proven possible to induce concurrent stimulation-induced place (cCPP) after of the lateral hypothalamus (LH) and, more recently, external parabrachial nucleus (LPBe). The objective this experimental study examine whether rewarding effects LH LPBe involve activation similar opioid systems in an alternative cCPP task. Administration antagonist naloxone (4 mg/kg) blocked conditioned effect induced but not (at 4 or 10 mg/kg). These results are interpreted relation presence multiple reward that might anatomically neurochemically differ with respect involvement system.
