Two Trajectories in the Neolithization of Eurasia: Pottery Versus Agriculture (Spatiotemporal Patterns)

摘要: Data on the emergence of pottery and agriculture in Eurasia were analyzed from view their spatiotemporal relationship. It was found that there are 2 major types association between agriculture: 1) East Asian, with as main criterion Neolithization; 2) Levantine, phenomenon most closely related to Neolithic. Some regions have intermediate characteristics.
