摘要: Purpose – The study aims to explore the role of mentoring and moderating effects gender on protean boundaryless career orientations in African albeit Nigerian cultural context. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 250 nurses through a questionnaire. Findings Mentoring support predicted dimensions but was non-significant for dimensions. Gender directly accounted significant percentage variance physical mobility favor women did not predict self-directed, value-driven psychological attitudes. significantly moderated relationship between new except mobility.
