Estudio genético y funcional de NR5A2, un factor de transcripción ligado a obesidad y diabetes

摘要: RESUMEN: NR5A2 es un receptor nuclear huerfano asociado al metabolismo del colesterol, sus derivados y diferenciacion de tejidos, que recientemente se ha implicado en el mantenimiento la homeostasis glucosa. Ademas, estudio asociacion previo, SNP promotor mostro con IMC. Partiendo esto, realizamos posible implicacion desarrollo enfermedades metabolicas complejas, como obesidad o diabetes. Realizamos secuenciado RNA para localizar los genes energetico regulados por empleamos modelos lineas celulares higado (HepG2) mcusculo (C2C12), expresion silenciada, sobreexpresada activada mediante agonista sintetico. Nuestros resultados muestran reduce captacion glucosa sintesis TAGs HepG2 favorece consumo C2C12, disminuyendo acidos grasos. Tomando estos resultados, podria actuar agente protector contra las patologias asociadas a resistencia insulina.
