摘要: The concentrations of volatile chlorocarbons (VCH) as well one their main degradation products, the trichloroacetic acid (TCA) were measured in spruce needles (Picea abies) harvested October 1991 and March 1992 from Christlum-profile (Achenkirch, Austria). While VCH same range with pine urban area Berlin, TCA accumulation was significantly lower Achenkirch. As observed for Pinus sylvestris during this season, contents often decreased needle age whereas increased. In profile, maximum at 1050 m above sea level. At time (March 1992), detoxification enzyme VCH, glutathione S-transferase (GST), had its lowest activity, except oldest needles, altitude m. seem to be intercorrelated GST activities needles; but statistical testing has performed larger sample numbers.
