摘要: This work offers concrete, low-complexity (small codeword length) channel coding for the bistatic scatter radio channel, complementing uncoded setup of recent work. The theoretical design is experimentally validated with a commodity software-defined (SDR) reader; tag-to-reader ranges up to 134 meters are demonstrated 13 dBm emitter power, while bit error rate (BER) reduced or range increased, on order 10 additional (or more) compared case, linear encoding at tag/sensor and simple decoding reader. Even though designing schemes challenging problem, this concrete solution that could accelerate adoption large-scale wireless sensor networks, i.e. backscatter networks.
