摘要: Objective To radiographically evaluate periprosthetic femoral bone contrast and assess alignment of the prosthetic stem after uncemented cemented total hip replacement (THR). Study Design Prospective clinical study. Animals Dogs (n = 15). Methods Dogs were classified into 8) 7) THR groups. Radiographs analyzed using image processing software to (gray scale value, GV) for each combined modified Gruen zone(s) immediately 4 months THR. Modified zones 5 analyze retrospectively regional radiographic GV femur around stem. Alignment was assessed postoperatively. Variables compared by use 2-tailed t-test, with P < .05 considered significant. Results Zone 1 showed significant decrease in mean No differences 1–5 Combined overall changes observed Number limbs varus-aligned markedly increased THR. Conclusions Regional vary design
