摘要: The involvement of the actin and microtubule cytoskeleton networks in gravitropic response snapdragon (Antirrhinum majus L.) flowering shoots was studied using various specific modulators. microtubule-depolymerizing drugs tested had no effect on bending. In contrast, actin-modulating drugs, cytochalasin D (CD), B (CB) latrunculin (Lat B) significantly inhibited response. CB completely shoot bending via inhibiting general growth, whereas CD inhibition differential flank growth zone. Surprisingly, Lat only a partial inhibitory as compared to CD. This probably resulted from different effects these two cytoskeleton, seen cortical cells. caused fragmentation delayed amyloplast displacement following gravistimulation. complete depolymerization filaments zone, but slightly reduced sedimentation rate Taken together, our results suggest that is involved shoots. within cells necessary for normal upon gravistimulation, which leads
