摘要: : Actinoccurs in all plant cells, as monomers, filaments and filament assemblies. In interphase, actin form a cortical network, co-align with microtubules, extend throughout the cytoplasm functioning cytoplasmic streaming. During mitosis, they microtubules preprophase band phragmoplast are indispensa ble for cell division. Actin continually polymerise depolymerise from pool of signal transduction pathways affecting morphogenesis modify cytoskeleton. The interactions monomers actin-binding proteins (ABP5) control dynamics. By binding to ABPs, such profilin, regulate available polymerisation. breaking or capping ends, depoly-merising factor (ADF), prevent elongation loss ends. bivalent cross-linking filaments, fimbrin other members spectrin family, produce variety higher order assemblies, bundles networks. motor protein ABPs,. which not covered this review, move organelles along ac tin filaments. large ABPs share number functional modules. A representative particular modules, therefore functions, is treated review.
