摘要: Methods and compositions for synthesizing polymers, such as nucleic acids, are provided. Aspects of the invention include methods in which lipids monomeric precursors, e.g., mononucleotides, desired polymeric products combined to produce a reaction mixture. The mixture is then subjected one or more steps drying rehydrating product, acid. Also provided themselves, acid products, well systems kits practicing embodiments invention.
