摘要: Provided are methods for non-enzymatically synthesizing nucleic acids. The include submerging a first portion of the outer surface cylinder in non-enzymatic acid synthesis reaction mixture. mixture has pH 4 or less and includes an organizing matrix reagent monophosphate nucleotides. further rotating about its axis radial symmetry so that is no longer submerged mixture, thereby providing thin film on cylinder. heating drying to form phosphodiester bonds between nucleotides film. Also provided devices find use, e.g., practicing present disclosure.
