摘要: Long-term cultivated Fagopyrum tataricum (L.) Gaertn. (Tartary buckwheat) morphogenic and non-morphogenic callus lines are interesting systems for gaining a better understanding of the mechanisms that responsible genetic stability instability plant tissue culture. In this work, we used histological sections transmission electron microscopy to identify describe morphology nuclei all analysed lines. We demonstrated embryogenic cells had prominent round did not contain heterochromatin clumps in contrast lines, which found multiple lobes. Flow cytometry analysis revealed significant differences relative DNA content between calli. All peaks from 2C 8C as compared whose reflect any regular exceeded 16C line 6p1 32C 10p2A. The results showed calli an aneuploid nature. TUNEL test enabled us visualise fragmentation both significantly higher frequencies positively labelled than case highest observed frequency TUNEL-positive was 7.7% 2-3. calli, level damage (68.5%) 6p1. These clearly indicate greater genome
