摘要: Chemical trace and ultra-trace analysis has reached an exceptionally high technological level during the last decades. This is mainly due to combination of two or even more analytical methods which resulted in a “multi-dimensional” selectivity. The leading “two-dimensional” technique gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. price for this standard time-consuming sample preparation. Thus, species-selective detection traces organic pollutants (e.g. dioxins pesticides) may take days weeks. Therefore, these conventional are not adapted special problems such as: rapid measurement fast counter measures case chemical accidents trace dynamic processes, e.g. combustion processes large amounts samples, close-meshed spot checks polluted areas biochemical medical atmospheric analytics A prerequisite solve availability rapid on-line mobile on-site selective detection. Their development challenge modern technology subject research.
