摘要: Abstract Recently developed strategies and techniques that make use of the vast amount genetic information to perform targeted perturbations in genome living organisms are collectively referred as engineering. The wide array applications made possible by this technology range from agriculture healthcare. This, along with involving basic biological research, has it a very dynamic active field research. This review focuses on CRISPR system its discovery role bacterial adaptive immunity most recent developments, modern medicine.
