摘要: A liquid-solid circulating fluidized-bed (LSCFB) ion-exchange system was developed for continuous protein recovery. It contains a downcomer adsorption and riser desorption, with particles continuously between the two columns. Effects of operating conditions on hydrodynamics ion exchange bovine serum albumin (BSA) in were investigated. Under typical conditions, up to 98% BSA adsorbed (showing very high efficiency removal from feed), an overall recovery 84% obtained LSCFB system, indicating that promising strategy proteins.
