摘要: The quality of a formal decision is influenced by the level expertise makers (DMs). composition team DMs can change when new members join or old leave, based on their ranking. In order to improve decisions, this ranking should be demonstrated expertise. This paper proposes using experts' levels, in terms ability differentiate consistently, determine ranking, according at which they assess alternatives. expressed CWS-Index (CochranWeissShanteau), ratio between Discrimination and Inconsistency. experts give evaluations pairwise comparisons Fuzzy Preference Relations with an Additive Consistency property. property used generate estimators, replaces repetition needed obtain CWS-Index. Finally, numerical example discussed illustrate model for producing expertise-based experts.
