摘要: This retrospective study was conducted to assess the safety, efficacy, and long-term results of multi-modality therapy including radio-frequency thermal ablation (RFA) radiotherapy as an additional cytoreductive method for eliciting marked effects chemotherapy in treating unresectable lung metastases from colorectal cancer. Total 21 patients with metastasis cancer were included. They treated modified pharmacokinetic modulating (PMC). Eleven also RFA and/or (multi-modality group), 10 alone (chemotherapy group). Characteristics survival group compared those group. The median all 38.6 months after initial PMC. cumulative 3-year rate 87.5% 33.3% (p=0.0041). course uneventful except pneumothorax who received RFA. Although developed 4 11 (36.4%) RFA, able receive within 2 weeks In conclusion, combined PMC, radiation is a feasible choice treatment associated reasonable morbidity mortality inoperable
