摘要: ABSTRACTBackground: In patients receiving chronic oral anticoagulation with vitamin K antagonists (VKAs) it may be necessary to temporarily discontinue VKA therapy allow surgery or other invasive procedures performed, as maintaining treatment increase the risk of bleeding during procedure.
