摘要: Cytogenetics underwent something of a revolution in the mid 1970s with development new techniques for visualization sister chromatid exchange (SCE). One reasons excitement was observation that many chemical mutagens elicted dose dependent increases frequency SCEs, and since these events proved to be simple score analysis only twenty or so cells per point usually sufficient statistical purposes, this method showed considerable advantages over conventional cytogenetic assessing chromosome damage, aberration scoring. There are, however, important differences between SCE aberrations, is reflected uses we can make phenomena mutagen carcinogen identification, assessment risk.
