摘要: Profit sharing generates conflicting changes in the relationship between supervisors and workers. It may increase cooperation helping effort. At same time it can direct monitoring pressure by supervisor, mutual peer from other workers that is transmitted through supervisor. Using UK data on satisfaction with boss, we show both cross-section panel estimates under profit tend to have lower their This result persists even as has no or a positive influence dimensions of job satisfaction.
