摘要: Abstract Ag nanoparticles developed by inert gas aggregation were deposited on silicon and quartz substrates. The samples annealed under high vacuum at 200C. influence of annealing time-length the average size dispersion was examined field emission scanning electron microscopy UV-visible absorption spectra. results showed that decreased continuously for time up to 6mins followed a more tight distribution. After further increased again approaching in non-annealed sample. prepared tested as substrates SERS R6G molecules adsorbed nanoparticles. It found characteristic 612cm-1 rhodamine peak variation nanoparticle size.
