摘要: Le trouble deficit de l’attention-hyperactivite (TDAH) peut etre une comorbidite psychiatrique chez les usagers substance. Cet article a pour but d’etudier le lien entre TDAH et addictions. Pour cela, nous decrirons tableau clinique du l’adulte la prevalence des addictions dans cette population. Nous aborderons ensuite modeles explicatifs qui pourraient permettre mieux comprendre forte intrication pratiques addictives. Enfin, evoquerons l’influence long terme traitement psychostimulant enfants hyperactifs recommandations actuelles prise en charge substances souffrant d’un TDAH.
