摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to analyze the status quo China's innovation systems and contribute development effective policies.Design/methodology/approach construct based on a comprehensive case study in transportation sector. Detailed discussions analyses follow give implications policy making.Findings Sectoral capability can be enhanced learning environment that balances domestic international technology transfer. Government should strategically leverage various resources for innovation.Originality/value Through analysis study, conceptual framework support sectoral proposed. research gives insight how improve prepare conditions future innovation.
