摘要: The float process is one of the most widely employed methods for flat glass manufacturing. Tin speck on top surface sheet specific defects process, caused by droplets derived from volatiles molten tin surface. That is, volatilized materials are advected and diffused in gas flow finally drop onto ribbon. complex difficult to understand, because it driven not only advection but also buoyancy convection. We have studied behavior carrying out computational simulation mass transfer first time. Remarkably mechanism characteristic been revealed. technique can be used optimize operation design baths order minimize speck.
