摘要: Viscous molten glass with a high temperature flows into tin bath through complicated three-phase flow during the production of glass. It is very important to understand characteristics evolution for optimizing float-glass design as well preparing high-quality flat A system containing glass, under N2/H2 atmosphere in 600 t/day from spout lip end restrictor tile, was simulated and analyzed using ANSYS Fluent 14.0 software. The velocity field at vertical section tiles, relative position material point between entrance tiles end, trend wetback area were analyzed. edge ribbon formed by bottom contact refractories, greater proximity corresponded proportion supplied. simulation indicates that middle cross-section stria image can reflect real location state canal has little relationship bath.
