摘要: This study supplements extant literature on implementation in the European Union (EU). The quantitative analysis, which covers EU transport acquis, reveals five main findings. First, has a transposition deficit this area, with almost 70% of all national legal instruments causing problems. Second, delay is multifaceted. results provide strong support for assertion that distinguishing between outcomes process (on time, short or long delay) useful method investigation. Third, factors specific to directives (level discretion and deadline) domestic-level (national package number veto players) have different effects length delay.
