摘要: Nanocrystalline ZnO powders were synthesized by a solvothermal method using various organic solvents as the reaction medium. Products characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), and selected area (SAED). The aspect ratio of primary particles depended upon solvent employed, such that increased when with low dielectric constant was employed. For use n-alkanes aromatic compounds solvent, nanorods obtained. polar characteristic proposed to be main factor affects both nucleation growth nanoparticles and, consequently, determines products.
