Influence of surrogate L chain on DHJH-reading frame 2 suppression in mouse precursor B cells

摘要: DHJH rearrangements start in progenitor and precursor B cells occur three reading frames (rf). A strong bias for rf I has been noticed murine chicken antibodies, while the representation of II found suppressed both peripheral as well cells. H chain gene loci rearranged are potentially capable expressing a truncated DHJHC mu protein on cell surface. Mice incapable this surface have previously shown to all represented near equal frequency, suggesting that membrane-bound is involved suppression II.
