摘要: The state of employee health and safety in the shipping manufacturing industries most developing economies remains largely unexamined. purpose this study was to examine practices industries. results from quantitative analysis indicated that employees are prone hazards. findings suggest management demonstrated negative attitudes towards Results also showed industry had more initiatives than industry. further revealed age, gender levels education do not influence employees’ toward practices. qualitative low productivity high medical insurance bills were associated with ineffective while effective led profitability productivity. Further, inadequate promotion as well regulatory bodies major national challenges Moreover, non-compliance behaviours managerial support remained industrial In conclusion, must consider their internal corporate social responsibility (CSR) investment.
