摘要: The distribution of platelet thrombospondin (TSP), fibrinogen, and glycoproteins IIb-IIIa (GPIIb-IIIa) GPIb were studied in resting activated human platelets using frozen thin-section immunoelectron microscopy. In platelets, TSP fibrinogen found within alpha granules not on the surface. unstimulated GPIIb-IIIa distributed diffusely over membrane as well body platelets. Upon thrombin or A23187 stimulation, TSP, colocalized canalicular system pseudopodia between adherent was unchanged by activation. findings support hypothesis that a macromolecular complex TSP-fibrinogen forms membrane.
