摘要: Stress induced by social conflict in rainbow trout is known to result physiological and haematological alterations as well immune suppression. Based on these findings we sought determine whether structure function of the phagocytes subordinate fish respond stressful situation. Phagocytes are essentially involved defence teleosts. Histological ultrastructural studies haemopoietic pronephros tissue have shown that under stress, potential (histiocytes, reticulum cells, endothelial neutrophils) become activated. They show marked hypertrophy, increased pseudopod formation enhanced autophagocytosis. Erythrophagocytosis particularly conspicuous suggesting some impairment red blood cell vitality. In vivo vitro tests using yeast cells also indicate an average increase phagocytosis rate fish. However, a considerable percentage signs degeneration. disintegrate, thereby forming necrotic areas.
