摘要: A study on cancer incidence after kidney transplantation was performed using data of national transplant and registries. Since 1964 up to 30 June 1997, 3440 transplantations were 2890 patients. From 1967 230 posttransplantation malignancies found in 20 817 patient-years follow up. The standardised ratio (SIR) 3.33 compared the general population. SIR highest skin (39.2). SIRs high cancers lip (23.0), thyroid (8.08), (8.0), lower urinary tract (3.2), non-Hodgkin lymphoma (4.8), ovary (3.9) colon (3.9). Skin lymphomas had much higher men than women whereas a women. During first 10 years, life-table analysis indicates risk cyclosporine-treated patients, but this may be biased by their shorter as overall equal both groups. This population shows increased points out importance surveillance years following transplantation.
