摘要: Abstract Early-stage hydration heat development in blended Portland cement-based binders containing natural zeolite an amount of up to 40% by mass is investigated using isothermal flow calorimeter. Experimental results show that the presence accelerates onset C 3 S and boosts first phase A hydration. The second gains on importance process with increasing dosage. For contents higher than 30%, maximum specific power this even corresponding effectiveness as a binder, expressed difference per 1 g zeolite, found decrease its dosage blends. replacement cement 10% can be considered limit for effective use. Above limit, substantial part does not directly participate plays role fine filler instead. limited participation blended-cement explain lower compressive strength concretes amounts which was reported before.
