摘要: Immune system is a of biological structures and processes within organism directed to protect against invaded pathogen. Cellular humoral immune mediated by immunocompetent cells such as CD4+ T cells, CD8+ CD25+ B220 play important role for maintaining immunological surveillance. The purpose this study was determine the effect ethanolic extract of  G. procumbens leaves (EEGL) on profile CD4+CD25+ B220+ cells. Splenic were isolated from BALB/c mice cultured in RPMI1640 medium presence EEGL. After 4 days incubation, harvested, stained with antibodies analyzed flow cytometer. data one-way ANOVA α= 0.05 Tukey test using SPSS 16.0 windows. results showed that could increase proliferation CD4+CD62L cell, compared control.
