摘要: Gynura procumbens is a traditional herb used for the treatment of inflammation, rheumatism and viral infections, although antitumor effect its potential mechanisms action remain unclear. In present study, ethanolic extract (GPE) on osteosarcoma (OS) cell line, U2-OS, was investigated in vitro. Cell proliferation apoptosis were measured by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) flow cytometry assays, respectively. Transwell invasion wound healing assays performed to investigate migration U2-OS cells. The results showed that GPE able inhibit metastasis induce apoptosis. Furthermore, expression NF-κBp65 protein detected western blotting evaluate effects nuclear transfer NF-κB. It demonstrated significantly decreased GPE. This indicated study shows suppress cells via inhibition translocation
