摘要: A review of the records 353 diabetic patients after a myocardial infarction confirmed high mortality associated with condition. The influence improved control achieved by intravenous insulin was assessed in 64 and compared earlier experience group. frequency major complications unchanged death rate both groups identical (33%); even blood glucose concentrations greater than 20 mmol/l on admission failed to benefit. Thus careful fails improve outcome this risk
