摘要: Shift systems are known to be associated with a variety of psychosocial and physio- logical problems that can affect the health workers. This review focuses on measures taken optimize well-being shift workers identify ill-health at an early stage. The discussion includes specific aspects design systems, taking account variation in views circumstances employees, strategies combat sleepiness work elsewhere. Although ideal system does not exist, wholistic approach comprising education managers, employees their families ameliorate some consequences.
