摘要: E3 ubiquitin ligases are important protein-modifying enzymes involved in the pathogenesis of a variety neurodegenerative diseases. F-box and leucine-rich repeat protein 20 (FBXL20), an ligase widely expressed central nervous system, plays role ubiquitin-dependent degradation regulating synaptic membrane exocytosis 1 (RIM1), which is factor release vesicles. FBXL20 has been associated with diseases; thus, we hypothesized that development epilepsy. Herein, used immunofluorescence staining, immunohistochemistry western blotting to determine expression pattern temporal lobe epilepsy patients pilocarpine-induced animal models. We also injected SD rats lentivirus-vector mediated overexpression FBXL20. The results showed cytoplasm cortical neurons, decreased onset level spontaneous seizure, frequency duration seizures. Additionally, was but RIM1 increased epileptic group compared LV-FBXL20 LV-GFP group. These findings humans were consistent from model chronic Thus, abnormal might play
