摘要: This paper aims at examining information, communicative and technological support of linguistic generic skills’ development EFL learners currently existing in the Language Centre Sultan Qaboos University Oman. It is founded on understanding importance contemporary progress technologies for empowering language teachers with a variety information communication tools (Scully, 2008) computer software programs that imbibe from “all specifically human characteristics development” (Vygotsky, 1987, p.210) reside such features as flexibility, facility access, open dialogue, prompt response to feedback, learning all parties involved, collaborating, imitating, creating personal environments shared resources.
