摘要: Twenty-four PCR primer pairs were designed for the detection of porcine microsatellites. Polymorphism was investigated in 76 unrelated animals from four different breeds: Duroc, Landrace, Hampshire, and Yorkshire. Compared with human microsatellites, a general lower heterozygosity detected; however, each microsatellite significant variation between breeds number alleles seen. Mean found to be significantly higher (P<0.01%) Yorkshire breed than other three breeds. Linkage analyses CEPH linkage packet performed backcross family comprising 45 animals, which 43 had informative meioses. Ten microsatellites could assigned six groups, demonstrating that mapping can carried out great efficiency relatively small animals. Four groups represent Chromosomes (Chrs) 4, 6, 7, 8 respectively, while two are unassigned.
